NYCW Updating List of Catholic Worker Communities

The New York Catholic Worker has put out a call to all Catholic Worker communities to help it update its master list.

The New York Catholic Worker is in the process of updating its list of Catholic Worker communities. The list was last updated in 2018.

In an email to CW communities, Amanda Daloisio requests that communities return the green postcard that NYCW sent out or reply by e-mail to update or create their listing by July 10. Listings should follow the example given below:

London CW, 49 Mattison Rd., Harringay, London N4 N1BG.  Newsletter: The London Catholic Worker.  Giuseppe Conlon CW House; Dorothy Day CW House.  Accommodation for refugees; soup kitchen, community café; resistance with a focus on UK Trident nuclear weapons, war, arms trade, solidarity with other resistors, counter recruitment work.

The New York Catholic Worker will be sending out a paper copy of the list to communities by the end of the summer. A digital copy of the list will be posted to CatholicWorker.org, where communities can also create a listing.
