Tombstone Quaker CW Seeks Long-Term Volunteer
Tombstone Quaker Worker (forming) has a room in a former Baptist parsonage for a sister in Christ who could assist an elderly lady with vision/hearing struggles. She’s a crispy saint.
Tombstone Quaker Worker (forming) has a room in a former Baptist parsonage for a sister in Christ who could assist an elderly lady with vision/hearing struggles. She’s a crispy saint. I live in the house, too. I’m a retired English professor and social worker. Worked with Mennonites and Quakers in Germany. You’ll have use of the internet and meals, too. The house has many southern Baptist friends and I’m the only Quaker in town. Tombstone is a quirky little village. Do some research on the town. If you can drive and have a jalopy, that would be awesome. You’d be part of the beginnings of this little community so the decision-making process would include your voice/vision from the start. There is a sweet Catholic church one block away. Please let me know if this is something which tugs at you in that mysterious way with which many of us are familiar. If you have a working dryer, that would be ozzm (awesome.) Peace and mirth in the Lord. Feel liberty to call or text: 520 226 7976
